These terms apply to the Workforce by screenings4u website and related non-DOT Workforce software and service experiences. Workforce software is an operational technology platform and does not replace an employer's responsibility to establish and administer lawful employment, testing, screening, safety, privacy and compliance practices.
Some connected services are fulfilled through approved third-party laboratories, clinics, screening providers or other service partners. Availability, turnaround times and eligibility can vary by service and location.
